Anoka Halloween Parade

Line-up time: 11:15 a.m., and please do your best to arrive to the lineup by 11:45 as the roads around the area will be closed at that time.

Parade time: 1 p.m.

Parade Line-up location: On Park St. between State and Branch Aves.

Line-up Position: Parade Division II Unit #14

Special Attire Note: TCUC members are encouraged to be creative and wear a Halloween costume instead of the normal TCUC blue Tshirt. There will be an award at this parade for the best/most-creative/crowd-pleasing costume, in addition to the usual enthusiasm award.
A few notes about costumes (from the parade organizers):
— Creativity required. Whenever possible, Anoka Halloween highly encourages the use of Halloween prop, colors of black and orange and PUMPKINS.
— No gore, blood, violent Halloween themes allowed. This is a kid friendly parade.

Other note from Emily:  This is a huge parade with a popular 5K run right before, so please plan ahead, be early, and be prepared to park a number of blocks away from the route due to the large amount of people.
