If you are looking for unicycling in the Twin Cities you have come to the right place. The Twin Cities Unicycle Club (TCUC) has been active in Minnesota for almost 40 years. It is the largest unicycle club in the US, with many active members. Whether you already ride a unicycle or want to learn, TCUC is the best way to connect with other unicyclists in the Twin Cities area. TCUC organizes several indoor and outdoor practices every week, including open gyms, community education classes, unicycle hockey pickup games, distance rides, skatepark meetup, muni (mountain unicycling), and more! You may also see us performing in parades or events around the Twin Cities! Every summer, many members compete in the North American Unicycle Championships. Some members also participate in the international championships (Unicon), held every other year.
We meet several times a week year round, at various indoor and outdoor spaces around the Twin Cities metro area! Our site calendar will have the most up to date information on practices, as well as a general overview of what to expect at each type of practice.

Nope! The club has plenty of extra unicycles you can borrow! Just show up to an open gym and we’ll have unicycles you can borrow to learn on!
Learning to unicycle is not difficult, but it takes some persistence. Some people learn to ride in a few hours, but most people take a number of sessions to learn.
Unicycling is a great way to improve physical fitness, balance and coordination. It’s fun for all ages, and offers a lifetime of challenges and friendships!
If you’re just looking to give unicycling a try, you may stop by a couple of our practices, free of charge! If you love it and want to continue, we do require that you become a member. The membership dues are very reasonably priced and allow the club to provide members with indoor practice space year round! Learn more on the membership page.
TCUC offers a welcoming atmosphere with riders of all skill levels to provide advice and encouragement to new and experienced riders. The club organizes meetups for different disciplines of unicycling year round, and provides indoor practice spaces several times a week for members.
