Line-up time: 5 p.m.

Parade Line-up location: Parade line-up is on the north side of 10th street going west. Litchfield High School parking lot, Civic arena parking lot, Fairgrounds, and High School football field will be used as staging areas. From parade coordinators: Look for your line up number on 10th Street North or the Civic Arena parking lot.

Line-up Position: 43

Parade Route: Begins at Hwy 12 and 10th St., proceeds south on Hwy 12 to 3rd street, turns east to Armstrong Ave., then heads north to 10th St.

After Parade Event: Club pays for Dairy Queen! We will go to the one on the way home on Hwy 12 in Cokato. Dairy Queen map

Don’t Miss! The Worlds Largest ball of Twine is on the way to Litchfield! It is in Darwin, approx. 7 miles to the east of Litchfield on Hwy 12.  Ball of Twine at Roadside America

Important Note: The trailer will NOT be at this parade. Please coordinate unicycles and giraffes with Connie, as the trailer is housed at her house right now.

Parking Hints

From the parade coordinator: “You can park in our arena parking lot. Lots of room. It is just off Gilman Avenue North and 10th street east.” I had asked him for parking recommendations near the end, where we could exit the area while the parade was still going on.
